Help with Support

I reached out to Plarium support 48 hours ago on an issue I have (below is text of the email I sent)
I decided to play Raid Shadow Legends because of an offer via ironSource Supersonic that rewarded currency for a different game (FFBE) in exchange for opening 4 sacred shards. However, after opening 4 sacred shards, Supersonic has informed me that Raid has not provided them proof of completion.
Can you please explain why you will not provide approval to Supersonic. There is no transaction log on the raid app that I can screenshot to show which shards have been opened or which bundles have been purchased so I have no means to provide direct proof. Best I can do is provide a screenshot of the transactions via google play and a screenshot of the units I've pulled in game (inside the blue box, the top middle top right bottom left and bottom right units were pulled from sacred shards). I purchased ancient shards through three $15 bundles and one $30 bundle.
Please provide timely assistance on this. I'm very close to issuing a chargeback as without further information, it appears that the original offer was fraudulent.
The email included my player ID as well which has been omitted from this post for obvious reasons.
Aside from the automated response, I have yet to hear anything from Plarium. Are the better channels to contact support? I dont want to initiate a chargeback, but I'm not receiving anything in the way of communication from support. Please advise on I can do.
