Anyone tried the SLOBS stream option where you have to schedule a RAID stream?

It wasn't clear if it will only count those who use my link after I activate by scheduling the stream, or if all 10+ have to do the tutorial DURING my stream only.

I didn't want to schedule it yet, if I only get one chance to make the payout requirement. D:
