Yep. Go on the avatar and on the first screen check if you are connected with plarium and facebook. In my case, someone has put their ID plarium (well.. it was mine but was hacked) with their email. 

I raccomand to make a ticket straigh away and be vigilant: if someone is connecting in your account, they might damage it (fuse champs, use gems and shards, waste equipment)
