Also hacked from Taiwan a week ago, no update or fix onmy ticket
I'm really looking for any sort of help here.
Its been a week exactly since I got a message saying there was a login from Taiwan,
Sine then I cannot get into my account, my email login takes me to a new instance of the game.
Ive been playing for 2 years and spent quite a bit on the game.
I logged a ticket and took 3 days to get a reply and i sent all the screen shots and proof etc asked for. Then I just got a reply saying the database shows your email against it. I informed them that that is the new account it put me in when i finally got in.
I still dont know if a hacker has my original 2 year account, what state its in or anything, I was told my ticket has gone to lvl 2 support team and I've heard nothing now for days.
Why cant i get any sort of response, this is ridiculous. We spend money on this game so surely should get some sort of response / attention
