Same here my email and password was changed by someone from Taiwan, after 2days waiting they answered me to my ticket that i created 2weeks ago with other bug problem(nice reaction time) xD and they want from me now evidence to prove that is my account, after couple screenshots that i send to them with following instruction still silence
do they really think after 2 weeks i will change my email and passowrd and then create next ticket with my account issue about that my account was stolen for fun or what ? this is not enough evidence ? why it take so long and noone response to me, what else i can do to prove my right, do i really have to tell them about my champs i've got, my teams i used and progression where i been?, no problem but i need to know what they really want to know and if someone is still working there
