It is taking a long time, I agree. Same issue here, stolen Saturday night. I maanged to stay logged to avoid damages to the account, but at this point I wish they just lock it until I prove it is mine, so I don't have to stay next to the phone 24/7..

Plarium need to care of the old players and really interested in the game. If i lost my account, i'm quiting, and making bad blood of this game

I'm sorry it's taking a while.

But they only have a very small crew on the weekends. And now that they're back at work, they are working through all of their tickets. 

Raid averages over a million players a day, so I imagine their ticket queue is massive. 

I hope there aren't a million accounts hacked a day xD

When will the lockdown system be implemented? I rather have my account locked while I can prove it is mine, instead of being force to be on the whole time to prevent the hacker to ruin the account..

I was thinking more like .5% or less of their average daily players :P

Can you then add some more suggestions in case it get hacked? I checked and this forum lacks of suggestions.

Something like this..

In case of the plarium account hacked, and the account is binded with facebook:

1- log in with your mobile

2- do the tutorial, then go to the account details by clicking on the avatar in the top left of the screen

3- log in with facebook.

This will allow you to log in again into your account. At this point the hacker will be kicked out and will probably try to log in again. You will need to click on re-login as many times as needed to keep your account safe. You can download an autoclicker for mobile and set it to click every 5 seconds on the position where the "re-login" button riappears. In the mean time, log a ticket with your details, we will either lock the account until ownership is proven, or fix it direclty for you.

not working for me.... i think couse of the new update... i login with facebook and then it wants plarium account and i'am back in the loop... :(
