Hello! 

I created an plarium account ingame on my mobile device. When i try to login onto that account via plarium play or plarium.com i get the following error message: "Please verify your login information and try again". 

Unfortunately i never got an confirmation email or anything else to verify my information.

On my mobile device i can login with the information without any problems.

I wrote already 2 mails to support, but only got automated response with some instructions on how to get another confirmation mail send, but since i cant login to plarium.com that sadly doesnt help at all.

This one is a new account i created to make this post, since i cant login with my other account.

I hope i can find some help here. Thanks and greetings!
