so as the title states my main account has been hacked and stolen, this is by no means free-to-play. I have payment receipts dating back to Feb of 2020

it happened last night after I went to bed as I am no longer able to access my main account

I belong to a clan named Lords of Chaos and my nickname was Chon9o and is now tu76ututyt

I've opened several tickets, but I no longer have access to the account in question I am not sure if there is another way to get the Plarium ID without access to the account. I'm a little lost and pretty disappointed at the lack of security in a game where so much money gets spent. I was not even notified in an email that the information on my account was being changed even though I've spent I'd say at least over $1000 since I started to play. The security and lack of information in this company seem almost unreal.

Has anyone had some success in account retrieval? and if so what steps were taken. Any advise would be appreciated
