Looks like a lot of people are having same-ish problems with their accounts..

My issue:
Someone logged into my account and spent all my saved up energy, crunched some champs, opened all shards etc..

I made a ticket describing what happened through in-game support, disconnected Facebook and changed my password. I was left alone for about a day before I got a pop-up message saying "You've been banned". I have made another support inquiry through the Plarium website, but no reply.

 Looks like people are crying out to deaf ears from what these threads and YouTube tells me.. Is there anything else I can do?

Hello, you did what you could, that being writing a ticket. Only support can help you with this issue. In my experience being as elaborate as you can usually helps speed up process.

Hope you get your resolution fast.

So I received a standard automated reply from support.

Tbh I don't really expect a resolution, but I will keep updating this thread for reference to others in the same situation.

To my surprise they encourage answering the email with further questions. So I did:

So I got a reply with some actual info in it. Apparently someone else has reported my account and the ban is temporary while they investigate?

I still have no idea why I'm banned or what's taking so long, but at least I've gotten an ETA on a lift. So I guess we'll see what happens July 13th.

Hello again. 

I'm not bothering with screenshots anymore..

So I got my account back, but I was still banned from chat. I guess our "friend" was spamming and that was what triggered the report from someone.

However, when I asked about lifting the chatban they just replied that thir specialists had concluded their investigation and that no more answers would be given on this subject. I mean, common..! I already showed them that someone logged into my account from Thailand. It should be easy for them to see when and from where the violation of terms of service was broken. 

I don't understand why they refuse to make a player happy, but rather stick to their policies that I think doesn't even make sense in this instance.. 

I have never (I think?) used the global chat, so it is merly a means to communicate with my clanmates. Kinda infuriating..

Anyways.. I'm done arguing about this :) Let this be an example of how Plarium-support responds to their players.
