Hello, most likely it is a brand new account accidentally created that is unrelated to your old one.
Make sure you are trying to access your account in the same manner it was in the past when you were able to access it. (Whether via facebook, or plarium account)
I would suggest you to contact support and inquire more if you cant regain access to your old account.
