Lost account, automated email told me to contact them to link my email to my user but gave NO link

If you have not connected your account to Plarium ID or Facebook, we can help you restore access to it.
Just send us your in-game ID or nickname.
If the account was connected, log out of your current account and log in using your Plarium ID or Facebook profile
I sent support a message with my ingame user-id (ClitComando) in order to resolve my problem in the first place... I resent ANOTHER request to support in the same manner. Shocking part is, my reply from them was the same identical message. Spent like 500$ on this game. Wish the devs and mods would help, anything other then automated messages would be GREAT!
