it seems no one wants to respond to my questions about why my energy credits have been taken again.  This is the second time that over 1000 credits have been taken on two occasion.  I have earned or paid for those credits and do not unders how they are just taKen.  

I would like a response please before I contact my credit card company and dispute the payments.  

I can provide a photo if necessary but the current file is too big.
