Hi, normally i played in iphone 7, then i bought iphone 12, and i can't join, and i try to talk to the support they told me to do something, and i did and now i lost access in iphone 7 in the game,  when i try to log in par facebook/gmail, or Plarium ID,  it says That Id Platium its connected to another account in Raid. 

Create a new plarium ID to protect your account. 

Well now i can't do nothing, and i dont have access to my account, what the hell can i do? -.-
