I have alot of level 16 rank 6 artifacts, and I have lost it all this morning..... I contacted support but no reply yet, how do i get it back, please help, I been gaining for over a year and I dont want o play for nothing.
I am missing hundreds of U.S. dollars worth of items from my "Inbox". I had a 25M silver token amongst MANY other silver, gems, energy tokens and they are ALL gone, except for the ones I bought for last weekends' events/tournaments. I REALLY want them back. It kills me to spend so much money on your game in the first place but for hundreds of dollars worth of items "disappear" is too much. Your ticket area won't allow me to attach a photo. I have numerous receipts for items bought. This needs to be fixed by Monday, 12/07/2020. Period!
