Hi, I used the code from demolition ranch from his video on October 20th 2020, clicked the link, which redirected me to the play store, and installed the game, I finished the tutorial but I didn't get my special starter pack?

Hi. It is possible that promo codes are either time limited or user limited. Without further details, I wont be able to be of assistance.
It was said in the video that the code is valid for 30 days, which at the point of me using it, the sponsored video had been released about 2 weeks ago. It did not say anything about user limitation.
