I regret to inform that all the resources consumed because someone has entered your account without your authorization cannot be restored in any way, plarium does not take care of errors that a user has in the tavern eating the pj that he does not want or security flaws that allow another user to log into your account.

I was logged into my account at the time and I didn't eat the character, someone litterally stealing my character off my account isn't my issue it's yours. If you're admitting to a security flaw, then this would technically be a lawsuit. Because yolur flaw shouldn't cost me a character or my time. That character was there before the last update and is gone, now after the update, you TOS doesn't say that your not responsible for errors caused or security flaws. So in this case I'd be careful how you address this.
So what you're indicating to me is that someone logged into my account and stole from me, because of a flaw or error in your security and you know about it, and are allowing this to happen? Which if that's what you are telling me then you are putting it in writing for a lawyer right?
I also show that you indicate that the individual edited the PJ,, which more than likely is slang for the characters root. So you know it was more than likely stolen and moved to another account, which your logs would show exactly where that was moved to without my permission, and you're indicating you're not willing to re edit it and give it back?
I'm also missing my Bulwark Dwarf who I leveled to 50, now they know you're not going to do anything except let them steal stuff from us. I'm pretty sure your policy isn't let me let someone just steal characters from someone, Is it? It takes a lot of time, effort and energy to get a chaacter to 50 and since you guys are only gioving me 130 energy this takes months for what I've got, so you're telling me months of playing isn't worth nothing? I'm gong to tell you I'm in IT and Customer Service, and what you're leading to right now is your customers don't matter. But hackers do matter and can take what they'd like??
If someone has entered the your account due to a security breach, im clearly referring to a user's security breach that you are playing from a device with its security compromised or that you have left the password to someone.
You can also send a ticket to the support agents to check if someone has entered your account.
You simply have to have one thing very clear, the characters do not delete themselves, someone has deleted them and if it was not you by accident, it has been someone who has entered your account with the intention of hurting you.
