Whenever I try to download the update from the App Store, it looks like it's downloading, but when it finishes after about 15 minutes, it says "Unable to download app". Tried it countless times and it keeps happening. What am I supposed to do?

I've considered uninstalling and reinstalling, but I worry that it would reset my account. Not sure if my Raid is linked with a Plarium ID.

I have an ipad 4, with iOS 10.3.3

Advice would be very welcome.
