I have had the terrible experiences of receiving arena rewards on several occasions which were never added to my account. I received some tier reward of gems and gear today too but none was added to my account.  I saw tier rewards of 20 gems and the gear but when I tapped to continue I still cannot find any of those rewards in my account. This is not the first experience. In other cases I just became confused and didn't know what to do and who to contact. This seems like a cheat to me. I need answers to this, maybe I'm missing something here.
