Furthermore, the best things to include in your ticket with support to help them clear it up is
- ID of the account/exact nickname
- Payment screenshots (if player has any), the first and last payment would be best!
- Player's Email
- Proper description of the issue
Other info they will ask for themselves if needed
It can happen if they prefer to return.
They stated that the problem was solved and closed the ticket. I open the ticket again every time.
I wrote here because the problem is not resolved.

Everytime i try to change my email to my primary google mail so i can use my account with Bluestacks, it says it sends a code to my email but i never recieve anything.. Its been 2 month now and no help.
Seems like it might be sending it to an older email. Or it could be going to your junk or spam folders. Check those first. If that doesn't fix it, you can try and open a support ticket and see if Plarium Support can help you.

samething is going on with me i posted a ticket already with plarium hope they can figure this out its so weird its only plarium webstie email like when your trying to get the code but no email shows up in the mailbox or spam etc
Sending in a Support Ticket is the only way to get your two factor code issue corrected. If you've used the link above you're on your way to fixing it.

I cant send a support ticket cause my Plarium home screen shows log in so i cant see my game id, which i need to send a support ticket.
My problem is that i cant remember my password and when i click on forgot password, it tells me that a email will be sent to me, but i never get any email to help with the reset of my password.

Have you checked your spam folder for that email? It's going to be a bit tough if you're lacking email access (or ability to receive emails) and your password.
Also, did you open a ticket through here: https://plarium.com/en/support/
I am not familiar with what Support would need information wise from this point, unfortunately. Best of luck.
