Update: I was able to get my account back! It took a little bit but I understand that it might have been difficult. Best advice I could give to anyone is write down your ID and make a minor purchase with your account so you can easily prove it was yours

Hello, I was playing the game when suddenly I was logged out of the game with the message "your account has been accessed from another device" and when I tried to log back in I was shown to have a completely different account under the name cykopathic which is a level 14 account. My clan leader also stated that my account was removed from the clan. I have no idea how this happened and need help as soon as possible. Please let me know what I need to provide and I will attempt to provide it.
