folder next to the executable
Just started seeing this today using Plarium Play on desktop... re-installing didn't fix this.
(using both the Raid shortcut and the "Launch" button from the Plarium Play client)

I have the same problem. Do you know how to fix this.The delete cache doesnt work?

Cleared cache and re-installed using keep data.
Game still won't load. Folder IS there.

I have the same problem as described above.
Desktop PC - Windows 10 version 2004
It happened this morning when I tried to launch the game. It said "updating" and then gave me the above error message.
The data folder is present. GameAssebly.dll is in between Raid_Data and the executable, but that shouldn't cause the problem.
When suggesting to empty cache I am unsure which portion of cache to empty. I am worried that I will loose account information.
Please advise specific steps to solve this problem.
The problem is solved. I have done two things. I am not sure which solved it.
1. I moved folder 222 with Raid_Data and the executable to a different place. This left the folder named 223 with what appeared to be the current version of the game.
2. I restarted my computer.
The game launched without issues.

Just my hunch, but it might be your OS preventing the installation going properly. The directory of Raid_Data file is always on the OS partition so it might help installing game with Run as administrator permission.

uninstalled & re installed, no joy, any ideas on which cache to delete (if any) got a log and a log .old - is this anything to do with it?
