Plarium ID logs me into someone else's account.

So for the last couple days my plarium ID has been logging me into someone else's account.

It happens whether I log in through my phone or plarium play. If i use my plarium ID it takes me to an account nicknamed Pure Desire (if this is your account I haven't done anything but collect your gems from the mine). If I use apple to log in, it take me to a completely different account.

Neither of them is mine or ever has been mine.


I've gotten no contact from the ticket I opened beyond a couple automated emails.



I'm about ready to request a refund from apple for every penny I've ever spent on the game.

I've been waiting for 4 days to get any sort of response to my ticket on the exact same issue. The only difference is I am logged into the same account on both my phone and on PC (not MY account though).

Help i logged into platinum and it logged me into somebody else's account please help I need all the work I have done back....

Day 3 with no actual contact. Day 5 I'm going to apple for a refund. This is unacceptable.


I enjoy this game. But you can't randomly swap player's accounts and then ignore them.

Well I sent a PM about 30 ago now and haven't heard back. Not as big a deal, but meanwhile my original support ticket was closed as "solved" and I had to submit a "follow-up" ticket, which was submitted about 24 hours ago, with still the only response to anything being automated "support" messages and copy-pasted, or more likely also automated, messages from "Andie". Getting on for a week with nothing happening.

It appears someone is deleting comments here in the forum.

Update on my situation. They are "unable" to help. Even with screenshots of my account nickname, plarium play ID, apple ID, email...


I would recommend strongly against spending any money with this company. I'll be approaching apple for a full refund.

I have the same problem. My account was switched to account of some beginner. I have just created support ticket. However, the story described by other user forces me to think that Plarium is unable to fix such problems. What is going on? PS I have no access to my real acc from both phone, and PC

Yeah.. It's been 11+ days for me and I have not received any response that they are fixing it
