Have not heard back from support in a while
So my account was hacked almost 4 days ago. I have a lot of money put into this game. I heard back from original ticket that they identified the account that hacked mine but that they needed me to verify charges on the account. I submitted the screenshots requested almost instantly when I got the email but it’s been crickets every since. Is there any other way to handle this besides these long extended emails?
