I’ve tried contacting you guys in every way: forums, other posts, the one time the support option worked in the app and even in an iTunes review! Is anyone there?

With the latest prize, the amazon event refused to award the reward because the “account wasn’t prime”. I double checked, it still was prime, then tried again. Nothing changed. I then logged off and back on to see if that helped. Now it says “only one profile to an amazon account.”

Not sure what happened. My account IS prime and that has not changed, and I’m using the same account I’ve used since day one.
