I’m using a new phone and want to restore my account synced with Facebook but doesn’t work.

When try to connect with my new phone it says the FB account is linked to another account (the one I want to restore!)

How to proceed? Support ingame doesn’t load

It is not, it says : « this facebook account is already tied to another Raid account.

Hi. I have the same problem of the above users.Had to uninstall the game and now I can't load my old game because it says my that my Facebook account it's already linked. I just can't restore it. Can you please help?

Guys! I managed to get it working!

1/ uninstall the game (iphone) or erase all data (android)

2/ reload game and ON SPLASH SCREEN - click on CONNECT (top right)

This way it works, you SHOULD NOT be on main page with a game running to reload your previous account.
