Im trying to move my progress from mobile and play on PC, but when I go to login to my Plarium account on PC, it resets my progress like a new game and I cannot access my mobile save.

When I try login to my Plarium account on mobile, it says now there is already a save and to use a different email, which I dont want to do and cant access the support help desk for someone since it wont let me login for whatever reason.

I want to be able to remove this phantom save state tied to my plarium account so I can login to mobile and link it, therefore being able to login on the PC and be able to play without starting over..
