After a lot of time don't play this game i login and all my gems + my shard disappear, i check everything and see new char in my profile and a new associated email (not mine) trying to see if support can be usefull but i received only a generated msg....even if my acc is stolen i still login in my phone so i can ""play"" but some1 else can too...so i ask for some usefull help here, can some staffer help me? i have amazon prime associated, so if i can't have my acc back i prefer delete that instead have more trouble with amazon profile and all my data. First time looking for a plarium help from the start, do something pls.
