After update my character is gone and the game has started over

Hi all,


I updated my game on the iPhone yesterday (to the new version that says Battlepass on the icon) and didn't enter the game until this morning where, to my horror, I found out that the game started all over with the intro. Any trace of my existing character was not loaded. I have not created a Plarium ID, because I never thought of it, so now I'm curious if I can get this character back at all?


Ultimately, if I can't access my character, this'll mean that I have to retire from the game and I would very much like to not have to do this. Any assistance you would be able to provide would be very helpful.


Retrace:

  • Running the app for around a few months, with a character at level 33
  • Update of Raid: Shadow Legends app on iPhone on Wednesday
  • After the update, the game starts as if I have no characters
  • Tried logging in with Facebook but the game and my Facebook account do not seem connected.
  • Deleting the app and reinstalling does not help to restore my character either.

It seems a lot of people have this issue and yet I see little to no response. Will we get help and some communication at some point or are we just left to start over? Man, you guys sure suck at the communication aspect of running your business.

Similar issue when I started the game 3 months ago I didn't link my FB or plarium ID. Still haven't and after I got banned I couldn't get back into my account at all. I've had a ticket out since Wednesday night and haven't gotten a response since 24 hours ago. I really don't understand how to get back in.

Same thing here got banned for no reason, loged out tried to restart the game and it just started a new game... Ingame name razkal1 email [email protected] it wont let me logout to relogin or if i put my detail from my original account it just sais theres another acount linked to those detail also ingame support wont load up im confused as what to do

Same problem here .. I guess I will start looking for an other game 

they suck so much in communication with there players

After technical issues it restarted and I lost my sacred shard I was in mid getting s character.

A also have the same issue my game I'd is Mr.Beardsley and I haven't connected to plarium Id or fb as I didn't think I had to but now all my data is gone and reset after the update and I'd like to recover it as I just got my first legendary on it. I use an iphone to play

This is the same problem I have had twice. Yesterday it magically fixed itself. Today? No. Game updated kicked me out and refused to load. I deleted the game, reloaded it and it doesnt work. 

To top it all off, I do have a Plarium account and it doesnt seem to matter.

So far my day has been spent trying to fix Plariums issues created by their screwy updates. I wont spend another second on this game if my previous profile doesn’t return. I really have no time for this kind of customer service incompetence.

After last update, my game just completely reset. I lost everything. I have to start completely over. I can't even log into my Amazon account to collect the rewards. I was at level 54. How do I recover my account?

Im with you man I'm lvl 53 and no response from my support tickets still on how to get back to it.

All, I’m sorry that so many of us have lost our accounts. It seems Plarium doesn’t care too much about it, but I will keep posting here until someone starts addressing this issue. Not just for me. For all of us.

Five days ago you made my character and all my time spent on this game vanish, just like that. I have sent you support tickets, I have updated this thread several times.


When will you fix the game so that we who have lost our character and cannot continue playing the game can get back to it?

Hi,

Same happend to me on my phone it starts the intro, yesterday it worked fine on my phone.

I can still play on my account on bluestacks.

Please fix this Plarium

Logged in after a few months away from the game to my account completely gone, so annoying, I refuse to start again from being on lvl 58

My lizardman got deleted or something 😟 he was my best character too!!
