I cannot connect my amazon prime to Raid, The amazon account was created via mobile phone number and your log in page that you are directed to after pressing the in game "log in with amazon" button only accepts email. Is there anyway to fix this?

  My name is Robert [In game Sadien]. I can no longer access my Prime account from within the game, I was able to collect the champion Whisper and the 10 greater potions of each variety which were the last 2, I just recently started playing Raid. I use Bluestacks on my PC and play Raid through it.      [ My ID # is UM37490879 I 36831214 ]  I have tried many times and it keeps telling me that there is a log in error. It then suggests I check my internet connection and or my log in information to Amazon Prime. The internet connection is and was good and I logged into my Prime account outside of the game and had no issues. I am trying to claim the champion Valla. I sent in a ticket in game but no response as of yet. I read on the forums that I needed to have a mobile device connected with Raid. I then downloaded Raid onto my Tablet and tried to combine/sync the two accounts, it wont let me. I am not sure what to do now, please help.

I believe I know what happened, my prime account was attached to an old bank card... we caught it and adjusted the billing info attaching it to the new card but I am still unable to access my Prime account and claim my Champion. Please help... it has been over 72 hours from the original post here and still no contact.

going on 5 days and no help from inside the game or here... well it looks like I wont be able to get Valla after all. Please contact me as soon as possible so I can get this situation resolved.
