I created a Plarium account then received my daily and amazon rewards

Tried to link it with Facebook it failed and started me over 

Tried to login back with my plarium id and it didn't work saying it's already linked to another raid account! 

I reset password and tried again still the same error

I would like to retrieve my game progress please
