My Amazon Prime account is not a shared account. I do not understand why raid is saying it’s not a prime account when it is. So are you saying, even though I have a Amazon Prime account in good standing I cannot claim rewards and nothing can be done to help.Hello, Amazon prime video will not work it has to be a full amazon prime account.
I am having the same message. Although I don’t know where to see if it is linked in my Prime account page.
I linked it earlier and got the Ultimate Galek no problem. But the next set of rewards it’s telling me I don’t have an Amazon Prime account. Which I do!
What’s almost funny is that when I hit the message in game it throws me to the browser page of my Amazon Prime account!
P.s I’ve tried logging in and out of both my Prime and Plarium accounts. Nothing works.
P.p.s As you can clearly see below I have a full Prime account....
SOLUTION FOUND!!
1: Log out of all you devices with Amazon Prime.
2: Log out of all you APPS that use Amazon.
3: Log out of Raid.
4: Log into Raid. You will get the prompt to log into your Amazon account through the Raid app.
5: You should now be able to collect the rewards.
P.s You MUST log out of ALL devices and APPS that amazon uses. I found my Amazon app was still logged in on my tablet. This was causing it to not work.
P.p.s Yes it is retarded. You know it. I know it. But these are the hoops we must go through to get our stuff!
