I'm on my mobile device. Connected the account and logged in. I pressed Allow but it gave me "login error". Not sure why because I'm clearly logged in my account with the correct credentials, but I also can't logout from the browser and do anything else.

Yes my account has a Prime subscription. Yes it's from the US> Can this be fixed or not?
