Account has been reset to a Level 1
My account was Level 60 and from one night to the next, when I log in, it's now level 1. I lost a whole lot of money and time. Have gotten no where talking to support for help. Was asked for IGN but I was told that it doesn't exist. No email in my email account from Plarium about how something like this would happen. THIS IS RIDICULOUS.
