Could  you please share the current estimated response time for support tickets? 

I sent a request about my account recently. Im trying to start an alternate account and when I entered my "valid" email into Plarium Play, it said the email was invalid. I created a whole new email just to be safe, but when I went to enter the new email, it sent me straight to an account recovery ticket. I just want to speed the process along and I didn't think it would need to go so far as me creating a ticket. I know the high volume of tickets the support team gets and I don't want to get buried for something that is a quick fix. I started a new account with good characters and lucked out on rng on the Thor pioneer pass and I just want to get back to the game. I'm afraid to log out of Plarium Play because ill lose my progress on the new account. I’d appreciate any information on when I might expect a reply. Is there anything else I should do on my end to help resolve this?
