I recently sent my son's account a recall link. It was inactive for 23+ days. When my son clicked his link and lanched RAID it properly triggered the homecoming tasks for his account. But it assigned "Arbiter" as the mentor instead of my account which is level 100. I contacted Plarium support but they kept saying all requirements were not met. But the requirements are simply that the recalled account must be inactive for 21 days and the mentor account be level 52+. Therefore, all criteria were met. Perhaps the link didn't properly trigger something. Either way, Plarium support just keeps robitically saying "The accounts don't meet the criteria" without giving any reason why. I have emailed them multiple times asking for more info and to simply  look at the evidence in the accounts which should clearly reveal I am correct. Is there anyone here who can help?
