For months now whenever I try to redeem a promo code I get a message saying my account has been flagged for suspicious activity depite playing (and paying) since 2019.

Is it because sometimes I play on PC, Iphone, Android tablet depending where I am?

I have just sent in another ticket as I never got a reply from a couple of months ago.

I can do everything in game and play but this message is very frustrating now.

Can anyone help or have any idea what's going on?
