When I tried to modify my login email, I missed a digit and accidentally bound it to an unknown email address. I once requested via email to have it changed back to the original one and provided proof of my continued activity through purchase records. I have been playing this account for many years, but the support team consistently refuses to assist, claiming my account is suspected of being traded. I don’t understand the basis for their judgment, so I asked them what specific actions led to this conclusion, yet I have never received an explanation. The registered email is mine, and even after binding the wrong email, I can still provide evidence that I am actively using the account. But I don’t understand why the support team simply refuses to help me.
