I just bought a Big Shard Pack from the Gem Shop and did not receive any of the 11 Ancient Shards. I have been saving up for weeks and weeks now so that I could get this pack and was really excited about it. 

I've heard that RAID's customer service in these situations is good. It would really make my day if this could be sorted out. So far, I've had a pretty positive experience. Hopefully I can finally get the shards I've saved up for.
