Are you positive you didn't buy masteries? if you don't think there's a chance you spent them please contact support and have them take a look.

Ok, I think I know what happened. I remote it into my PC and I was updating the last of my masteries for lemony and it lagged on the OK button and pressed on the by all scrolls button. I did not intend to do this. Is there a way to reverse the masterit's purchase and get back the gems?

100% will need to contact support and wait for them. There's no guarantee they'll do anything but that's your only play.
