If you aren't able to access your original accounts with the proper login info - or if they're not working as you feel they should - please open a support ticket and ask them to look into it. 

you keep talking about passwords my account never had a password for my Raid game, it just began when I accessed plarium play ...i want to stay away from the 2factor security thing ... i put that on one of my best Viking war of clans accounts. and while I can still access my game I can no longer move it to my laptop . the avatar that is shown on here is okay and is direccly associated with my email witch I use alone or with alias. the problem I am contacting you about is not Viking its.......... Raid I lost my game of Raid i have tried numerous time to reach support. but I havent had any response ... my computer was hacked and it not bothered too much now, although I did have funds stolen from my bank account around christmas time . Please help me get my raid account back . i uded to have the 2 games I play on plarium play and was able to switch back and forth . I mainly used it for Raid ...My  player name is Saassafrass and I am at level 57 I am now vstuck with the new account that I accidently opened while trying to accessmy level 57 account. my avatar is the Alice champion and it is framed. There has been others that I accidently opened. but I was always given the account I play back within a day or two.

I also never recieve any promo codes ...once in a whil I search on youtube for them but raily find any

Unfortunately support is the only route to go for retrieving a lost account. Make sure you're providing them with an email you can check easily and ensure the emails aren't going to your junk folder.
