To me in order to fix this would be

1) Removing the existing account associated to my steam account that is level 1 and I just did the tutorial today

2) Go to my account settings from this account and link to Steam after the removal

3) Reinstall RSL /Login to Raid Shadow Legends on steam after linking the the account to Steam

4) Victory

I removed it from my steam library, disconnected it , went back to plariums site, it said it succeeded and it was good to close the window. But the plarium play said it was in use. So re-added it to my library and it is still stuck to the same not correct account. 

Seriously 7 hours shouldnt take this long for a support ticket for something so easy as relinking an email.

Hopefully support has gotten back to you as this is one of those things they'll have to directly assist you on. Usually they aren't replying often on the weekends, unfortunately.
