Hi All,

I need one help, I changed my device and do not have access to my previous device where I installed the authenticator for 2-factor authentication

I still have access to my account. I am using the backup codes that I received when I enabled two-factor authentication.

But I will lose access once these codes are exhausted.

I reached out to the Support, but they are asking for the dates when I started playing this game.

I don't have any recollection/mail for this.

Isn't there any other way I can verify that I am the account owner?
