What is the current average response time for support tickets?
Hello.
Could you please share the current estimated response time for support tickets?
I sent the request 15 days ago, and the status remains "Open". I received an automated email reply and replied to it too. Perhaps the reason is in the ticket category? (I chose "feedback").
I completely understand that the support team handles a high volume of requests, but I’d appreciate any information on when I might expect a reply. Is there anything else I should do on my end to help resolve this?
