I go to play today and find I have gone from level 65 back to the begining. All my heroes everything is gone. I've tried everything I know to do, but here I sit back at day one.
What do I do? I guess I can say I am not very happy. I will now find out if anyone cares!

It sounds like you aren't on the right account. Did you have a Plarium Play account? If no, what platform were you playing on?

That seems unlikely - accounts don't just reset. If you're on mobile you may be on the correct device but you may not have secured your account with a Plarium Play account.
I'd open a support ticket, regardless.
