For some reason, all of the plarium play points I receive are being split between 2 warm-up up cards and the 2nd one takes 25,000 points to get a champion, whereas the first only takes 1,250 and I'm almost at the 1,250 mark but it's only letting me claim half of those points bcuz it's putting the other half on the more adv card that shouldn't even be unlocked until I complete all the points for the first card. All that hard work collecting plarium points daily now for 8 months and I can't even get the champion listed becuz the system in the game is glitched or something and is stupid it's splitting points for a card that should be locked and not accessible right now. I put a support ticket in and that literally did me no good. I was told nothing wrong with my account or the system to just deal with it cuz that's how it's supposed to be, what a joke. So funny tht my husband account has only 1 warmup card active, he's getting ready to redeem the champion for that card today and his 2 nd card is locked not open yet. And him and I started our accounts the same day and play together every day. Awful funny his isn't like my plarium play if that's how it's supposed to be like support ticket claimed! They don't wanna help nobody. Probably a computer replying back or a lazy human that doesn't want to help fix the issue however they are quick to take all my money for packs I spend leveling champions up I work hard for and dedicated to this game but they can't fix an issue in the system to give me 1 character I've earned through points and worked hard to get? No they just turned their head n don't care it's not their problem, thats sad plarium play does its gamers like that. Done me like that. It's a quick fix and they won't even bother. What a shame...
