I've trying to access my account with one of those 10 back-up codes which none of them are working, my account ended up getting deactivated (got an e-mail to activate) but still i can't log in on any device (i may have lost my google authenticator code but ofc i still have the 10 back up codes)
Only thing i got was an auto e-mail saying that there's a lot of requests and will take time to see my ticket, i don't even have the ticket info if there's a way to consult it, is there? Is the support able to deactivate the 2FA option? I can't even log in on Plarium play or this forum so I'm using a second account for it

Support tickets over the weekend tend to take longer time, so please be patient.
The replies to the ticket should just go to the email you listed/used for the ticket. As well, they can deactivate 2FA but usually only with information related to your account that you will need to provide.
