After 2 months playing this game I decided to create a plarium account as one of the reasons was that I would receive a legendary hero. This has not happened yet and am very disappointed. Is there something that I need to do at this point or something went wrong Somewhere?

Hi, I first installed and started playing this game around 2 months ago and only created my Plarium account yesterday.
I first signed up without a code and then after I saw a promo code I could use as a first time entry (PP500 I think it was) but it only gave me a few items like XP Brew, silver etc.
My device is not new.

Where did you see this promo and what champion did you think you were going to get?
For legendary champs that you get from codes/signups, it's only been for brand new accounts on brand new devices - though there are many free login legendaries that will pop up as events over time.
