Locked Out of Account
After making a few purchases I decided I'd like to secure my account since my old email has become inactive. A few messages later with player support via mobile in game I'm able to provide enough evidence that I am the owner of the account. After proving ownership of the account I was prompted to provide an active email to reset my credentials, however I never recieved said email. I have successfully recovered my account to only be locked out of it for nearly a week. Now I am back to step one of submitting a ticket to wait upwards of a couple days for an automated response? Or to be told that I am lacking information after already successfully recovering the account less than 48 hours ago? Some assistance on the matter would be appreciated. I do have the current pending ticket.
