The game offered the rank reward chest, I was at approx. 1544 points working back to level III. The game reset my wins to even 1400 the start of level II, so I lost 144 points approx. I went and checked the battles logs they had showed two old losses only no where enough to sacrafice that many points and they were old so no new logs and I have not changed my defense or made any chenges in quite sometime.

I have gotten reward chest before but nver lost points and had a reset to the bottom of the ranking

Please advise this is not a correct action and did not see anything in Q and A
