Plarium client not sending verification emails to the email associated with the account
Hi everyone!
So I'm trying to change the email associated with the account because the one I was using was a random one I created some time ago for random stuff and I'm deleting it as soon as I unlink all stuff from it, but the client isn't sending the email to me even tho it shows it as being sent. I checked all folders (inbox, spam, trash, promotions etc.) but nothing and support is just throwng automated answer back to me without understanding the crux of the problem.
How can I proceed?
